Call for Volunteers
Be there when the stars come out
- Do you want to be part of a high‐energy, effective Carols team?
- Do you want to contribute to the success of Australia’s largest Carols event?
If you answered yes to these questions then we are looking for you. The Carols 2008 organizing committee is looking for volunteers, and we hope you will answer the call.
A little more about volunteering
Volunteers are expected to help out for about 16 to 20 hours during the Carols week. First obligation is to help the event organizers prepare for the performance – this may include, but not limited to, stuffing bags, running errands, managing info stalls – all made more appealing by the promise of a high‐energy, collaborative and fun working experience.
None of these tasks are difficult, but all are important and critical to the success of Carols. Volunteering is a great way to meet other student and industry volunteers and probably some of your favorite performers.
Please remember, all volunteers must commit to volunteering for approximately 20 hours during the Carols week between Wednesday 17 December and Saturday 20 December 2008.
